Data Collection and Use
All personal data received in relation to marketing activities conducted by Custom Intelligence or on behalf of its partners and clients is stored and used by Custom Intelligence. Custom Intelligence will only use your data for the specific marketing campaigns to which you have consented to participate, and should you agree that it may do so, to keep you informed of any future campaigns or information that it believes may be of interest to you.
Data transfers
To enable your participation in marketing campaigns and so that Custom Intelligence and its partners can contact you in relation to any future campaigns, products or services that might be of interest to you, Custom Intelligence may share your information with a selected partner(s) and their client(s). As part of this process, it may sometimes be necessary to transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area but such a transfer will only take place where the third party has guaranteed the same level of protection that your information would receive inside the European Economic Area.
Data retention
Custom Intelligence will retain certain information relating to you only for as long as reasonably necessary so that Custom Intelligence can stay in touch with you and provide information about future marketing campaigns. If Custom Intelligence has not communicated with you further during this time, Custom Intelligence will delete the personal data it holds in relation to you, unless legal or regulatory obligations require otherwise.
At any time, you have the right to request and can do so by contacting Custom Intelligence via e-mail, telephone or post using the details provided above, the following:
A copy of the data that Custom Intelligence holds relating to you or request further details of how Custom Intelligence uses and stores your data;
A correction to your data, should any of the data that Custom intelligence holds in relation to you be incorrect;
That Custom Intelligence transmit all or any data in relation to you to a third party in a commonly used electronic format;
That if Custom Intelligence cease to continue to use or process your data, though this will not affect any processing that has been carried out prior to your request being received; and
That Custom Intelligence deletes any or all personal data held in relation to you unless carrying out your request would result in it breaching other legal or regulatory obligations, at which point Custom Intelligence would inform you that we are unable to do so.
Additionally, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This would not affect any use of your data carried out up until that point but would have an immediate effect from when Custom Intelligence receive your request.

Complaints
If for any reason you are unhappy with Custom Intelligence's use of your data and wish to lodge a complaint, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office as the supervisory authority within the UK. You can do so using their website at ico.org.uk by clicking the “Report a concern” link and then following the steps found on the page.
